    What heavy build means?

What heavy build means in the following text? Thanks a lot.

Police describe her as white, 5'2" with a heavy build and long blonde hair. She was wearing a hat, black sweater, jeans and gloves at the time of the robbery.

"Heavy build" means large, it can be a euphemism for "fat", or it can mean "muscular".

    Re: What heavy build means?

Thanks a lot. Can I use it for other objects than people, such as:

There's a TV tower with heavy build in downtown.

No, it doesn't work in that context.
