I am confused. Please help, teachers

    Dear teachers,

I am not sure which of the following sentences is grammatically correct,
or if there is any difference between them:

What he did makes me confused.
What he did makes me confuse.

    Could you help please, teachers?

    Thank you

I guess 'what he did makes me confused'
