What is the short form for "an inheritance certificate that will show the heirs and/or the heiresses in the UK court"?

I think you mean a "Will" (Last Will and Testament).

It probanly depends on the legal situation in a particular jurisdiction, in the UK one presents a "Will" to prove the rights of succession.

    Re: An inheritance certificate

A dictionary says:" a written copy of court decision that shall show an heir or an heiress one of whom is surviving spouse", a" will " does not exist. That's why a problem appears. The deceased one didn't write a will. So I need a court decision. But the court cannot understand that definition I have sent.
