    Preposition Use

I would like to ask 2 questions regarding preposition use as follows:

    1. I'm living in Hong Kong. When I mention something located in Kowloon, should I use "on" or "in" Kowloon side?

    2. When I mention the location of a building, should I say "on xxx Road" or "in xxx Road"

Thanks a lot for you help!

"In" for city and area, "on" for street/road, "at" for the exact location (house or appartment number)
