The meaning of "tired of drama"

When I was watching the clip "You belong to me" of Taylor Swift, I saw this conversation:
    Girl: you ok?
    Boy: tired of drama
    Girl: sorry :(

So, what is the meaning of "tired with drama"? Lovesick? Love-lorn?

This is the link of this ckip: YouTube - Taylor Swift - You Belong With Me - Official Music Video

Thank you very much in advance!

Re: The meaning of "tired of drama"

In terms of relationships, "drama" means making a big deal out of nothing. Usually it is associated with teenaged girls - if she phones her boyfriend and he doesn't answer, as soon as she does talk to him she'll ask "Where were you? Were you with someone? Was it another girl?" Or she might tell her boyfriend "Sasha told me that Heather told her that she overheard you say that you thought Tiffany was really cute."

Does it sound complicated and hard to follow? Of course. That's part of why it's called "drama" - it consists of a lot of "I heard that someone said that...." gossip, suspicion and guilt.
