    How to use the !

    Dear Tecaher,

Base on my experience studying English with nonnative speaking Englisht teachers they told me we must use the before superlative adjective all the time.
But after I read some article I have found that some of superlative can be used without The.

    - I want to know do my teachers advices are right or wrong ? If is it wrong could you tell me how to the before superlative ?

For all your response will be appreciated !

    Best regards,

Re: How to use the !

    Hello Ming Qiang

When we compare one thing with itself, we do not use "the":
    • England is coldest in winter. (not the coldest)
    • My boss is most generous when we get a big order. (not the most generous)
