    Post Is it correct?

Please note that the printer is in our office developed problems (completely out of order). Since its warranty is expired, the repair charge will be too expensive which is almost same as the new one. So, Kindly arrange to replace this printer at the earliest as we have lot of printing jobs to be done on daily basis

Please note that the printer in our office is out of order. Its warranty has expired, so we have to pay for the repair, which means a cost almost as high as that of buying a new machine. In light of all this, I would like to ask you to substitute a new printer.
