I've heard native speakers say
1. I live at 123 Grand Ave
2. I live in Grand Ave
3. I live on Grand
which is the correct preposition?

Generally we use "at" >> She lives at 73 Albert Street
We use "in" (US "on) if we just give the name of the street.>> She lives in/on (US) Albert Street.
We use "on" for the number of the floor >> She lives in a flat on the second floor.
I hope this helps, amigo!!! Maeve O'Cuinn
