    It would be more useful if you entitled your threads more specifically, instead of always using 'meaning', Carla. Individual threads are more difficult to locate if many have the same subject line. For instance, this one could be entitled 'circle' or 'turn around'.

    'Turn around in a circle' means just that: the individual/vehicle/conversation takes a circular path with itself as the center; it revolves 360. If you can give us some context, we can elaborate further.
