    Unhappy Please help

    Please confirm the following charges for our immediately action / arrangement. Customer was paid for the huge penalty for your delay / late shipment and requested the goods top urgent. Please do not delay any more which caused customer to increase the penalty. Furthermore, we shall charge you back the LC opening of USD xxx, as you breaking our agreement requested the payment change by T/T instead of L/C.
