    There are two phrases and four words. What do you want to alphabetize?

    "a lot" will precede "all right", since "a" precedes "all.

    Not necessarily.
    "all right" can precede "a lot" because 'all' precedes 'a lo'.

    In Macquarie dictionary, we have the following order: alabaster, a la carte, alack. Collins also uses this format.
