word that gives the meaning that something is part of something, it cant be avoidable

I forgot a word which is used in the following context.

Suppose, pressure is part of ( is common in MNCs) working in MNCs and it cant be avoidable. Or, risk is part of investing in shares. Please fill the gaps with the appropriate word in the following sentences.

If pressure is .............. working in MNCs, I will properly plan and manage the work.

If risk is ............. in investing the shares, I will give up my decision to invest.

    Thank you for your time.

    Thank you for the reply.
I know the word inevitable, I am looking for another word.
I am not sure abt the word that I forgot. It may be 'inevitable' or may not be.
Anyway, we can use this word.

'an essential/necessary/unavoidable part/feature of', 'essential to', 'a necessary concomitant of' (pretty academic, that one), 'endemic' (some people, often with a medical background, would disapprove though).

Personally, I'd prefer something more direct like 'As you can't work in MNCs without feeling some kind of pressure, I'll...' or 'Working in MNCs always involves stress, so...'

ps In informal language you could use an idiomatic phrase like 'they're natural bed-fellows', 'they go together like a horse and carriage'...

    Excellent, I got the answer.
    Thank you very much Raymott.

'Inherent' is the word that I am looking for.

Raymott had a natural advantage though. He's hard-wired to ask, when people say 'endemic', 'Don't you mean "inherent"?'
