Have you ever...? Have you never..?

I would like to know if there if a difference between

' Have you ever driven a motorbike?' and

' Have you never driven a motorbike?'

    Any comments would be welcome.

' Have you ever driven a motorbike?' is just a straightforward question to find out if someone has ever ridden a motorbike.

' Have you never driven a motorbike?' is a way of expressing incredulity that the person you are asking has never driven a motorbike.

    It's kind of, "Omigod! I can't believe you've never ridden a motorbike!"
