From a text in a book : "He's 1 metre 75." How do you pronounce this: "He is one metre and seventy five centimetres" ?

    Re: pronunciation "1 metre 75" ?

    One meter and seventy-five centimeters.

One-point-seven-five meters./One-point-seventy-five meters. (These would be the most-often used in spoken American English.)

One hundred and seventy-five centimeters. (Converting to centimeters for easier speaking.)
