    Are these sentences correct.

    1) You can hear the sound of cheering and roaring what made by the fans at the stand in the stadium.
    2) I can hear the cheering and roaring sound made by the fans.

    Remove 'what' from the first sentence, it will be OK. The underlined expression is a partiple phrase complimenting the noun sound. The second sentence is fine.
