    or
what makes me choose it to follow my education in are A and B.
    or

None of these is correct. Neither are they even comprehensible.
    However,
    "What makes" is correct.
"are A and B" is right.
So, by default, the second is most correct.

By the way, since you are new here, I'll let you know that we like you to make a choice and say why you think it is right. People are more likely to help you if you look like you have put some thought into it.

Re: what makes or what make?

I want to say that I have chosen a university to follow my education because of these two reasons (A and B). What comprehensible sentence do you suggest?

I though that "what make me choose it to follow my education in are A and B. " should be correct because what refers to both A and B. Therefore its verb should be "make". Would you tell me how could it possible to say "what makes me choose it to follow my education in are A and B. "
It seems that the subject "
what makes me choose it to follow my education" and the verb "are" of the sentence do not match

The reason the sentence is incomprehensible is the lack of context.
Also "to follow my education in" is not good. In what? A university, a certain subject or profession?

Ok, you've already made the choice - "What made/makes me choose it (the university) for my education are the quality of its teachers (A) and the proximity to where I live(B)."

In any case "What" is followed by a singular verb.
What makes me mad is intolerance and rudeness.
What makes me mad are intolerant people and noisy dogs.
The verb after "What" is singular even if you choose a plural verb for the second.

Question Re: what makes or what make?

Thanks, my problem about the verb after "what" is solved. But, what about the second verb?
You have written "What makes me mad is intolerance and rudeness". I thought it should be "What makes me mad are intolerance and rudeness" because there are two factors after the "are" word.
I am a bit confused. why have you used "is"in this sentence and "are" in another? is it because each factor was plural in the second sentence? so what is the role of "and" word?
