    troubleshooting

    Dear friends,

    How are you?

Could you shed some light on this?

When troubleshooting something, people usually say:

    My car won't start.
    My car can't start.
    My car is not starting.

My PC won't access the internet.
My PC can't access the internet.
My PC is not accessing the internet.

    What's the difference, if any?

    Thank you.

My car won't start. I tried to find the cause to fix the no-start problem myself but failed. There is no other way than to take it the nearest repair shop.
My car can't start. I am unable to fix it because of my limited mechanical experience. Perhaps some one more experienced can be able to resolve the problem.
My car is not starting. It might have some minor problem. I should be able to resolve it.

My PC won't access the internet. It is difficult and beyond my capability.
My PC can't access the internet. It appears difficult but not beyond my capabily.
My PC is not accessing the internet. I will try to troubleshoot and resolve it myself.

    What's the difference, if any?

    Thank you.
When you use 'won't it subscibes to most impossibilty, can't is less and don't is the least
