    Saturday, November 14th, 2009 or Saturday, November 14, 2009?

    I'd go for the one with the "th"... but I know that North Americans sometimes drop it. Perhaps somebody else could elaborate?

    Both. You might also use 14th November/14 November. 14th Nov. /14 Nov.

    Your context would help to identify what is the best one to use.
