Few members on-line so we need more promotion

Hello, this is the best site of this kind I've ever seen, you're very organized and I like the way you lead and administrate UsingEnglish, however there are very few members on-line and answers come up very late, I want to help promoting this website, how could I do it? for example if I make a free personal website, how could I put a banner to lead other people here? I wanna be a promoter,

Send a link via e-mail to all your friends and family and have them do the same!

Tell them how much you enjoy the site, have them take a look around and then they can recommend it to their friends and families!

Word of mouth--goes a long way!
