Re: Difference between Fiction and Fantasy?

Fiction never happened, but could. Fantasy would never be possible. Fancy is a cognate, and in BrE, means "dream about or like" while in AmE it just means de luxe.

Re: Difference between Fiction and Fantasy?

Let me know what i thought about fantasy and fiction was right or wrong.

Fantasy involves the one who contemplates or thinks/ one's aquaintances/ one's milieu as a party to it while fiction has all the characters hypothetical. I may fantasise as i am world's best batsman or a footballer. my fantasy will have myself/ this world which is existent/ football game which exists in this world.
But J K Rowling's characters in Harry Potter fiction were all hypothetical.

    Please correct me.
    Thank you
    Shad
