    Smile so fast your head will spin

    Hello. What does the underlined phrase mean? Does it mean "immediately"?

    "You will do your project on lipstick," Miss Green said. "And if it's not the best project on lipstick I've e er seen, I'll flunk you so fast your head will spin."

    It just means that it will happen very, very quickly.
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
