    Smile Via Solano

Hello. When I say 'I live at 4152 Via Solano.' 'Via Solano' is sort of a street name? Is it can be Via Solano Street? or just Via Solano.

One more question. 'Todays is two weeks after school let out for the summer.'
I'm wondering if school let out for the summer is summer vacation.
If so, does this sentence mean the summer vacation began two weeks ago?
