2) I want to buy the amount of candy that is weight the same as the one in the packet.
3) I want to buy the amount of candy that is equal to the amount of the pack of candy.

Those aren't quite right. Here is a correct version of #1:
1) I want to buy the same amount of candy as in the packet.
In #2, rearrange the order of "is weight the same" and remember that an "amount" can't be replaced with "the one".
#3 is nearly right - think again about "the amount of the pack of candy".
