    grammar questions!

I am wondering if someone can help me with two problems:

I was told that this sentence is incorrect but I would like to know why:
The bank robberies which have been happened since last month are being investigated by the police now.

I also wonder if these sentences are both correct and have the same meaning. I am confused about where the agent must come in this form of passive voice.

I am allowed by my parents to stay up late.
I am allowed to stay up late by my parents.

    Thank you in advance.

    This sounds better to me

    How about...?

My parents allow me to stay up late.
