    grammar questions!

I am wondering if someone can help me with two problems:

I was told that this sentence is incorrect but I would like to know why:
The bank robberies which have been happened since last month are being investigated by the police now.

I also wonder if these sentences are both correct and have the same meaning. I am confused about where the agent must come in this form of passive voice.

I am allowed by my parents to stay up late.
I am allowed to stay up late by my parents.

    Thank you in advance.

You can't say "have been happened".
You can say "have happened" or "have been happening". One is better than the other. Can you choose which?

I am allowed to stay up late by my parents.
The second is only slightly better (I think), but you'd usually say "My parents let me stay up late"

    Thank you in advance.

    Re: grammar questions!

Thank you very much for your reply, but I am still confused.

    in the first sentence
The bank robberies which have been happened since last month are being investigated by the police now
I wonder why the past participle is not used.

My second question is in regards to where the acting agent must come in the passive voice. Are the two sentnces below both grammatically correct, despite being awkward?

I am allowed by my parents to stay up late.
I am allowed to stay up late by my parents.

    or

We were told by the teacher to finish the assignment.
We were told to finish the assignment by the teacher.

    Is there a rule?

The past participle is used - "happened". It's in the original incorrect sentence, and in one of my correct sentences.

    Yes

    Yes, that's OK.
