Need Urgent Help With Writing Business Letter...SOS!

    Hello, teachers:

I'm submiting an inquiring message on a site to the webmaster. It needn't to be very formal but since the site belongs to a very well-known company, I'd love to show enough courtesy. Don't want to sound rude.

So I wonder how should I address the staffs? My friends said "To whom it may concern" sounds way too formal and make me sound silly. Then how about " Dear ladies and gentlemen"?? Or "Dear Sirs/Madames"?? Do they sound silly too?

Or, how about just a "Hi, there!!" ?? Would that sound very rude and disrespectful??

Which one is better?? Any advice??

    Thanks in advance.
