what is the pronoun and its antecedent in these sentences?
(The wind does move clouds, and that is one reason they change, said ms.Evens.)
(Stratus clouds are lower, and people can find them just above ground level.)

Isn't "that" acting as the adverb for move? It does not have an antecedent and therefore cannot act as a pronoun correct?
The antecedent for "they" is "The wind"
The antecedent for "them" is the "stratus clouds"
