    Commas needed here?

    Hi,

Do I need to use commas around 'such as Aetna' in this sentence:

Health insurers such as Aetna save and make money by denying medical claims and killing people.

If I changed 'such as Aetna' to 'especially Aetna', would I still commas?

No you don't need the commas; however, adding them will not hurt either. If you use especially, you need commas.

Look up appositives and nonessential clauses.
