    It means "possibly."

    He is perhaps the greatest golfer who ever lived.
    It means he may be the greatest. The person who phrases it this way doesn't want to make an absolute statement.
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

    Thanx but it was probably different context. May be it is just someone family slang or sth. but it said "I've had enough of being perhaps."

    Maybe it means "Perhaps I've had enough of being".
    "Perhaps it's my time to die."
    "Perhaps I should kill myself."
