    Smile "I could'nt care less"

1.How to use this phrase "I could'nt care less"?
Is this all right when someone says "These jokes are nasty."
and I answer"I could'nt care less so long as they are fun?"?
If not, please tell me why, thank you a lot!

2."fun" can also be an adjective that means "interesting,entertaining..etc."while "funny" could imply something that is "weird",right?
