    A Simple problem.

    Dear teachers,
Is such a construction possible in English?
Its never easy to admit ones old age, helplessness or illness, but men have special reason not to do it.
I'll be really grateful for your help.

(NOT A TEACHER) (1) You forgot the "a" : men have a special reason not to.... (You could also use the plural: men have special reasons not to....)
