1. I just wonder if ''worth'' can be used to describe '' a person'' like below.

- I think you are worth a trip by air after finishing off the heavy project.

I know normally '' deserve'' is used in casese as above, but what I want to know is if using ''worth'' in above context could be a possiblity.

2. ''brisk'' - You look so brisk

is this sentence is fine?

No, it isn't. You could say "You are worthy of a holiday"
