    Need your help

Please help me to correct this simple sentence..

According to the below user (“abc”), a year ago she had singed the contract up to Dec. 009' as a complimentary a/c but the a/c has expired before expiry date of contract. Therefore, she is claiming for 1 month as complimentary as contract.

--> This is not a simple sentence, but rather 2 sentences; a complex-compound one, since there is more than one finite verb, & another simple sentence.

    Re: Need your help

Hi roshik, and welcome to the forums.

Can you give me a bit more information about this sentence? What is an a/c? Why did the customer get a free one?

That would help us write a better sentence for you.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
