    A and B's or A's and B's

Is it okay to say, "I would like to know your company and factory's outline."?

Does the above sound unnatural? Do I have to say, "I would like to know the outline of your company and factory."?

"I would like to know the outline of your company and factory." This is better, but I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "outline".

Thank you. I mean the profile of the company and its factory.
