    Hi..
    we say :
    memories which passed
    Or
    memories which have passed

    ?

    It would depend on the rest of the sentence, and what we were trying to say. Both are possible.

    He should have written his memoirs. He had many interesting memories which passed with his dying. (Simple past tense).
    I used to have fond memories which have passed as I've become older. (Present perfect).

    but can you remind me why we put have passed at the second example..

    and is it right to say : I have memories about my home which have passed?

    Because it requires the present perfect, the indications for which you might like to revise.

    Yes, you can say that.
    There are already several trillion threads about the use of present perfect v. simple past. Forgive me, but I just cannot work up the effort to write another explanation of the differences at present.
