    About interrogative sentences

Hello! I would like to clarify my understanding about interrogative questions. I would like to know if the next sentences are correct:

"Do you know what that is?" instead of "Do you know what is that?"
"Do you know where I was?".
"Do they know why he is coming?" instead of "Do you know why is he coming"?
Answer: " Yes, they know why he is coming".
    "What are you doing?".
"Do you know what you are doing?".
"Do you know who he is?".
Thank you very much in advance!
P.D: If you thing this is not the most appropiate forum to make this question, tell me please.
