    When agreeing or supporting someone(someone's idea), is "will" necessary in the above expression?

    Some what, yes but to be exact, ‘will’ is used to show that someone is willing or ready to do something:
    Your boss will call you now.(willing to call)
    I will eat anything available because I am hungry now.(ready to eat)
    She will do what you say.(agreeable/ready to do)
