    Two adjectives together

Is it correct to put two adjectives together that are modified nouns?

I am talking about Brazilian food from the Northeast region. Should I say:

    Northeastern Brazilian food.
    Northeastern Brazil food.

    Thanks.

Please notice also that the two adjectives are depending on each other.
