    Are these sentences correct.

    1) I want to open a new line with the cellphone company.
    2) I just sign up a new line with the phone company.
    3) I want to open a new cellphone line with your company.

    These are acceptable sentences. I'm not quite sure what you mean (although I assume you are asking them give you a new (cell)phone,) but they are grammatically correct.
