1) If a company has won many awards, can I say "your company is a well-recognized company"?
2) If not, what example/evidence do I need to provide in order to say so?
Your company is a well-recognized company. For example, you won AAA award last year and win ZZZ prize this year.

1. Well-recognized usually means well-known.
2. Some official body can "recognize a company" by giving them an award. In this case, recognition means that the company has been formally noticed for some quality. "We present this award in recognition of ABC's work with the disabled."
I think the phrase "a well-recognized company" would usually be interpreted as being definition 1 - a company that almost everyone has heard about.
