Hi,

Question:
Which sentence is more correct?

Sentence1:
My skills can make your company operate more smoothly and efficiently.
Sentence2:
My skills can make your company operates more smoothly and efficiently.
Sentence3:
My skills can make your company more smooth and efficient.

Thanks

Sentence 1 is best. In fact, I might use "function" rather than operate.
Sentence 2 is incorrect. "can make" requires the infinitive, (to) operate
Sentence 3 is not totally incorrect but works much better with the additional verb. Would you say, "A smooth and efficient company"? It sounds a little strange to me. "A company that runs (operates) smoothly and efficiently" makes more sense to me.
