    Is is sentence right?

    1) We can actually get to this area of the park through that path/way because it's a shorter way, we have took the long/indirect way.

    Considering you used "have", I assume you are still on that path,and haven't reached your destination

    We could actually get to this area of the park through that path because it's shorter than the usual one; unfortunately we have taken the longest path.

    Actually, we can get to this area of the park through that shortcut instead of taking this longer path.

    The verb "get" admits two possible past participles: "got" or "gotten."
