    Can someone help me to correct this sentence.

    \1) The company will claim the payment from the bank.
    2) He has messed up/ruin the arrangement order of the clothes on the railing.

    Number 1 looks fine to me.

    Number 2 - you seem to have questions about messed up vs ruined. Since the arrangement of clothes on a rack can be restored with little effort, I would suggest he messed them up, rather than ruined them. Then either it's "the arrangment of the clothes" or "the order of the clothes" or even "the arranged order of the clothes" - but not "the arrangement order". Ergo: He has messed up the arrangement of the clothes on the railing. (or rack).
