    Is this sentence correct?

    His dedicated and passionate will to succeed ensured his name in the Hall of Fame

    This is also correct and a much better sentence. Here ‘Will’ is modified by a single adjective i.e. Passionate will which means, the mental power of choosing one's own actions(will) is influenced by intense emotion or strong feeling. So the sentence has a compound subject(underlined);
    His dedication and passionate will ensured his name in the Hall of Fame.
    In the previous sentence “will” is modified by two adjectives, dedicated and passionate and the subject is one.
