    what is wrong

Could you tell if the two sentences below sound OK in English? Do you find them easy to understand?

"Encapsulating the problem means leaving aside the discussions that can lead to making a wrong decision in the process of problem solving and thus block the way to making the right decision. The decision that at first is viewed as wrong and irrelevant to the problem at hand may later turn out to be the best possible solution. "
