    I've got to

    Hi everybody!
What's the meaning of *I've got to* and *like* in the following sentence?

"Oh my God, I've got to, like, calm down" I whispered to myself as I walked into the stadium.

The sentence is said by a boy who has to play a match.

Thanks in advance for your help.

It has the same meaning as "Oh my God, I have to calm down".

'like' is a filler, giving the speaker some time to think.
The sentence is said by a boy who has to play a match.

Thanks in advance for your help.
