I think you need an American to explain these.

    Re: what the meanings?

First off: "What are the meanings?"

Okay, I will try to help you as best I can.

you'll get the 411? - probably a phone number, I guess it's for the hospital. In other words, I will bring you to a hospital by punches!
send out the 911? - it's definitely the cops' number. Call the cops!
it's time for me to draw the line? - sounds to me like it's time to take drugs
    frastrted? - frustrated/disappointed
u come over unannouced? - you suddenly come (without any invitation), you don't even knock on the door
lough outwhen u strke your poze? - no idea
preppy clothes? - clothes like uniforms; if someone does not have his free style. he wears what the parents say
i am not along for the ride? - no idea
it's an uphill human race? - no idea
this might sound to you a bit odd? - I will tell you something but this could sound very strange to you
endless story? - the war between good and evil is an endless story, it will never end. (as an example)
hold up? - could mean a robbery
kick back and feel the breeze? - no idea
don't make this worse,u've already gone and got me mad? - The guy who says this is mad at you, so stop making him madder by doing things which annoy him
it's casting over? - no idea
Where have you heard those sentences and words?
    In an action movie?

    P.S. Not a teacher.

    Cheers!

It sounds different to me. Maybe it's about isolating yourself or keeping a distance from someone or something. Like drawing a line with an intention never to cross it.

    Re: what the meanings?

    Could be true.
I often heard it in German which sounds similar to this one.
(I mean the sentence I wrote, but you could be right as well.)

If we knew the movie (if it's actually a movie) it would be much easier for us to solve all those questions.

    Cheers!
