When I am doing English exercises, I come across these two simple sentences: I don't like chicken and pork. I don't like chicken or pork.
I can't figure out the difference between the two. Can you help me?

As a native speaker, I would use the second sentence 'I don't like chicken or pork' to suggest that i don't like either of them seperately. (I don't like chicken and I don't like pork)

The first sentence could imply that you 'don't like chicken and pork' together, (on the same plate).
I don't like fish and chips, but I do like burger and chips. Meaning I just don't like the first combination.
