    niether am I

    If someone say "I am not happy" and I want to say that I am not happy too can I say "neither am I"?

    If someone say "I am happy" and I want to say that I am happy too can I say "and so am I"?

    If someone say "I am not happy" and I want to say that I am happy should I say "I am"?

    Yes, you are right.
    But you need -s suffix added to the verb after someone.
    If someone says

    You may also here some other variations.

    I'm not happy.
    I'm not either.
    Neither am I.
    Me neither. (informal)

    I'm happy
    Me too
    I am too.
    So am I.

    I'm not happy.
    Oh, I'm sorry. I am.

    I'm happy.
    I'm not.
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
