Re: she and i or her and i ?

Neither. The pronoun "I" is capitalized.

    I is a subject.
    She is a subject.

    Her is an object.
    Me is an object.

Never, ever would the object "her" go with the subject "I."

She and I are going to the mall.
He wrote to both of us, to her and me.

What is the sentence you plan to use this in?
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

    Thank you very much.
My actual sentence would be '' Only she and I who are going to the party.'' (It is a casual talk in a conversation).
    Is this correct ?

Delete the word "who" and you're okay.

Of all the girls in the class, she and I were the only ones who were going.

Who leads off a clause, which will include a verb.
